The EMAP Training Course is an opportunity for emergency management personnel from state, territorial, county, and city emergency management programs to learn about the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP), EMAP standards, and preparing their programs for assessment and accreditation.
*EMAP training is mandated for all Program EMAP Accreditation Managers.
Private Sector Participation:
The EMAP Training Course is designed for program staff who will lead their programs through accreditation and/or baseline assessment. Recognizing that private sector consultants and contractors can be of assistance to programs in preparing for assessment and accreditation, this course is open to private sector consultants for a registration fee of $195 U.S. Pre-registration is required. Registration includes participation in the session and one copy of training materials, including copy of the Emergency Management Standard by EMAP.
