Accreditation Manager Orientation

EMAP's Accreditation Manager Orientation is an opportunity for emergency management personnel from state, territorial, county, and city emergency management programs to learn about the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP), EMAP standards, and preparing their programs for assessment and accreditation.

The orientation session provides information about EMAP standards and procedures and compiling compliance documentation for an EMAP assessment.

 
 

Private Sector Participation:

The orientation is designed for program staff who will lead their programs through accreditation and/or baseline assessment. Recognizing that private sector consultants and contractors can be of assistance to programs in preparing for assessment and accreditation, this orientation session is open to private sector consultants for a registration fee of $195 U.S. Pre-registration is required. Registration includes participation in the session and one copy of orientation materials, including copy of the Emergency Management Standard by EMAP.
