EMAP presents “Enhancing Management Capabilities/Program Management Sustainment”, a panel presentation, on July 26th at 3:00pm EST. The purpose of the presentation is to provide information about the EMAP Peer Review Process and how it provides a practical cost effective approach to assess emergency management program capabilities. The panelists will share how they applied the EMAP process to introspectively review their capabilities and utilized the results to make realistic management decisions and enhancements within fiscally constrained budgets.
